Returns & Exchanges

At Manto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Manto account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your refund.
